• Thursday, January 31, 2008: Our ISP had a serious outage involving the failing of several pieces of equipment, including a OC12 line that included Safeport's gateway to the internet. In retrospect, it appears that this equipment had been experiencing an increasing rate of errors that was responsible for the e-mail problems some of our customers experienced over the past few weeks.
