Updates on Safeport Server and Network Status
Our status section allows Safeport customers to check on server status, upgrades, and maintenance.

Our ISP had a serious outage involving the failing of several pieces of equipment, including a OC12 line that included Safeport's gateway to the internet. In retrospect, it appears that this equipment had been experiencing an increasing rate of errors that was responsible for the e-mail problems some of our customers experienced over the past few weeks. The problem has now been fixed. If you continue to experience problems, please contact us by phone or at support@safeport.com.
