  A Denial of Service attack directed at our data center starting at around 4 AM effectively shut down all websites and prevented access to our servers until around 10 AM. We apologize for any inconvenience that this outage caused.
  
  
• Wednesday, August 10, 2011:
  
  A power interruption at our data center at 6:00 AM caused most of our servers to reboot. Because the servers did not reboot in the optimal order, a number of services did not start. Website service was restored at 10:30 AM. An unrelated error extended the downtime for email, which was restored at 3:30 PM. We apologize for any inconvenience that this outage caused.
